Berlin attracts new innovation driver

For almost 20 years Insiders Technologies has been working on innovative products and solutions for input management and business process optimisation. Among other things, the company with headquarters in Kaiserslautern supports world-leading companies with innovative software centred around intelligent customer communication. Insiders Technologies was founded as a spin-off of the Deutsche Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz DFKI (German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence). In 2015, the company was named "TOP innovator", a label awarded to the most innovative company in the German SME segment.

Insiders Technologies and the Hasso Plattner Institute D-School have joined forces to build a 300 square metre-office space in the Backfabrik office complex in Berlin-Mitte. "Berlin stands for creativity and technology and Insiders stands for state-of-the-art company software and future-oriented innovations. Therefore, the decision to open a branch office in Berlin was pretty obvious," says Werner Weiss, Managing Director at Insiders Technologies. According to Weiss, the Backfabrik office complex offers an ideal space for the company to implement its innovation culture. "There is a tremendous amount of energy emanating from the new generation of young companies along with a spirit of innovation and creativity that benefits our employees and our company every day."
