Old meets New Economy

Projekt Zukunft brings together established companies and young startups. In line with the motto "Old meets New Economy", the state initiative initiates a series of formats, in which experiences and know-how are exchanged as well as initial steps for possible business ideas are initiated. These include, among others, their own matchmaking formats and speed dating in the context of industry events.

Zukunftsmusik – Enterprise meets Startup

As part of the Berlin music business event MOST WANTED: MUSIC at the Berlin Music Commission, Projekt Zukunft will continue with its matchmaking formats. On 19 November 2015 the first music matchmaking of the state initiative took place under the name "Zukunftsmusik – Enterprise meets Startup". According to the motto "Old meets New Economy", young startups are also took place here on established companies to talk about business ideas and make contacts. 

Speeddating – Lange Nacht der Startups

Around 500 targeted contacts were made in the context of the two Matchmakings "Meet an Investor" and "Meet a Corporate" on the Long Night of the Startups on 5 September 2015. 20 investors, medium-sized companies and representatives of established companies met a large number of Berlin startups for an organized two-party talks. What a success!

Speeddating – Tech Open Air

More than 20 representatives of established companies met for selected Berlin start-ups on 15 and 16 July at the interdisciplinary technology festival Tech Open Air (TOA). The future of the project "Back to the Future: Enterprise Meets Startup" has strengthened the industry-wide exchange.

Zukunftslunch

With the format "Zukunftslunch" Projekt Zukunft connected Old and New Economy in Berlin. The personal meetings brought together the innovative power of startups with the implementation power, know-how, capital and contacts of established companies. They strengthen the cross-sectoral exchange and the ability to innovate in Berlin.
